It was really really busy at work today for me but I got through it all. A little tired but surviving. I treated myself to a walk along the bayside on the Embarcadero as part of my journey home. It was really pretty to watch the sun setting and painting the sky as I made my way home.

Monday the 13th

Back in the office today after another weekend. I actually had to work this weekend but still managed to get to walk around a bit.

It was so sunny and bright today I stopped to take lunch and go for a walk around the immediate area. I managed to capture these 2 car images before going back to the office to feast on a rather tasty burrito I bought at a local Mexican restaurant.

After work I did my usual walk up the Greenwich Street Steps and then stopped off at the gym before going into Montgomery and Market to take a night shot and then catch the MUNI home

I've decided to use the walking part of my commute as a chance to capture more images with my camera. While I snapped this spider it was sort of comforting to realize that I wasn't the only one who had to work hard to keep things together. At least I could enjoy my morning and evening walks - don't know how much this spider enjoys just hanging around.

The weather in San Francisco was very overcast most of today but the sun came out in the late afternoon. There was still a lot of cloud cover over the bay and I took this shot about 7pm from up by the Coit tower.

Sea Ranch & Mendocino

Spent the weekend in true Northern Californian style. Stayed in a beautiful rented house in a secluded wood setting. There were even deer eating outside the front of the house in the mornings. The hot tub was a nice place to lounge around in too!

After spending some time on what may as well have been a private beach, we headed up to Mendocino. ( Did you ever watch Murder She Wrote and wonder where it was shot?)
