I saw him on Fisherman's Wharf today. This guy builds a two part hand held duck blind out of branches. He hides behind it and when someone approaches he opens it up, jumps out yelling, scares the hell out of them and laughs his head off. Enough people love it and make 'donations' so he seems to make a pretty good income. Beats straight panhandling. At least people have a story to tell for their 'donation'.
